Welcome to Morocco! After landing, we'll be waiting for you to start your unforgettable Moroccan adventure. We'll take you straight to your riad to relax and recharge after your flight.
Enjoy breakfast at your riad before meeting your guide. We'll head to Casablanca, Morocco's largest city, where you'll tour the historical sites, including the grand Hassan II Mosque. Then, we'll continue to Rabat, the capital city, to visit the Kasbah of Oudaya, Hassan Tower, and the Kasbah of Chellah. Overnight at a hotel in Rabat.
In the morning, we'll depart Rabat and head to Meknes, the Ismailian capital. We'll have lunch and then explore the city's historical monuments, including the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, Swani Reservoir, and the impressive Bab Mansour gate. Stroll around the old Medina and admire the ancient walls before we rest for the evening.
After breakfast, we'll drive to Fez, the oldest city in Morocco. A local guide will show us the hidden gems and cultural heritage of this fascinating city. We'll wander through the narrow streets of the old medina, taking in the sights and sounds, and visit the most significant landmarks.
We begin our journey south, passing through Ifrane and Azrou. We'll stop for a short walk in the cedar forest to see the monkeys before continuing to Midelt. From there, we'll drive through the Tizi Ntalghamt pass to Errachidia and on to the Ziz Valley. We'll pass through Erfoud and finally reach Merzouga. Here, we'll ride dromedaries to catch the sunset over the dunes and spend the night under the stars in traditional haimas. The evening will be filled with Berber music and a dazzling night sky.
After breakfast, we'll explore the Erg Chebbi desert dunes. We'll visit a nomad camp and enjoy the desert's beauty and adventure. In Khamlia, we'll experience the music of the Gnawa people. Lunch will be a traditional Berber pizza in Rissani, the ancient capital. The afternoon is yours to explore the town, enjoy the sunset, and relax. Dinner and accommodation will be at the riad.
We'll rise early to watch the sunrise over the dunes, a perfect time for stunning photos. After a camel ride back to the hotel for a shower and breakfast, we'll leave for Tinghir and the Todra Gorges. On the way to Dades Valley, we'll pass several Berber villages. We'll spend the night in Dades Valley, enjoying dinner and the beautiful surroundings.
Our journey continues through Kalaat M'Gouna and Ouarzazate. We'll see numerous abandoned kasbahs and travel through the Rose Valley. We'll visit the famous Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site. After lunch and a wander around the kasbah, we'll drive through the scenic Tizi n'Tichka pass to reach Marrakech.
Today, we'll explore Marrakech, known as the "Red City." Founded in the 12th century by the Almoravid dynasty, the city is rich in history. We'll visit the Saadian Tombs, Majorelle Gardens, and the Koutoubia Tower. Our guide will take us to Bahia Palace and the vibrant souks. We'll end the day at the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square, where you can experience the lively atmosphere of street performers and vendors. The evening is free for you to explore on your own.
After breakfast, we'll drive you to either Marrakech or Casablanca airport, depending on your departure flight. This marks the end of our tour. Safe travels!
